MEGABOND-FR Aluminum Composite Panels consist of two 0.5 mm thick aluminum skins, thermally bonded on both sides of a specially engineered modified mineral-based core. Designed for enhanced fire performance, it provides a safer solution for modern façade applications.

What fire standards do MEGABOND FR products meet?

MEGABOND Fire Retardant panels are tested both as an individual product and as part of a large-scale wall assembly system in accordance with stringent international fire safety standards. This ensures full compliance with fire regulations for external cladding in many countries globally.

Standard ACP (Economical Solution)

Standard ACP is an economical and versatile solution manufactured using a 100% recyclable polyethylene core. It is fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Specifications: Available in panel thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm, with aluminum skin options from 0.10 mm to 0.50 mm.

Ideal For: Small to medium-scale projects, interior and exterior applications where extreme fire retardancy isn't mandated. Offers the best balance of affordability and aesthetics.
